Brianna, originally from Northeast Ohio, where she grew up system-impacted and incarcerated at 16. This experience sparked a lifelong commitment to advocating for systemic change and uplifting historically marginalized communities. With this commitment, she went on to earn her undergraduate degree from Ohio University in psychology and forensic studies, where she engaged in social justice research and data analysis.
Brianna furthered her education by obtaining her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from The University of Southern California, with a focus on social change and innovation. Since then she has built a career in nonprofits and consulting, while leveraging her skills in data analysis to disrupt systemic inequities and empower communities. With a strong foundation in research and data-driven decision-making, she has worked in various spaces to develop strategies that address root causes and drive meaningful change. Additionally, she brings expertise in fundraising, using her skills to secure resources that directly support community-driven initiatives and policy reforms.
As a board member, Brianna brings these skills in data-driven decision-making and resource development to help shape the organization’s strategic direction and sustainability. They are committed to advancing equitable pathways for those affected by structural oppression and will continue this work across various professional spaces, using their unique blend of skills to create lasting impact.
