Laura serves as Executive Director of Small & Gutsy, which began in January 2021, as a passion project of The Intrinsic Group. Laura developed and launched the podcast, Small & Gutsy®, to support nonprofits and social impact organizations in their efforts to spread their message and broaden their networks. She is proud to have now converted this project to a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
